2023 Week 11 Results
Before we can get into the Week 11 recap: #1 ECC has a no drinking policy in the parking lot before or after your round. If one is caught drinking in the parking lot, you may be suspended from ECC. #2 The second half dues are due ($375 for non-members and $90 for members). Finally, when you see TJ congratulate him for his hole in one on HOLE 6. His tab is closed but still a great shot.
We had 43 out of 55 players show up for week 11 and 19 0f them were on the plus side of their quota. Please continue to check your quota as they will be updated week to week.
Individual Play - We had a new high for the year at +10 by Mike Bradley what a round. Coming in second at +6 was Larry Barry. Plus 6 would have been good enough to win it most weeks but don't feel too bad for the Mayor; his name will show up again several times.
Team Play - No surprise here Mike Bradley and his +10 was able to carry Nick DeJesus back to the winner circle for the second straight week. Coming in second again is Larry Barry and Andrew Dugan at +7.
Closest to the Pin: Peter Frasca rolled up his shot to 12’6” and our streak of not making the putt is up to three weeks.
Front Nine Birdie Pool: We had a total of 9 birdies in the front which is nice to see. Surviving holes are hole 2 (Scott Silvia), hole 5 (Chuck Mathieson) and hole 8 (Larry Barry). Hole 9 (Dugan, Barry, Griffin and Sully) was covered.
Back Nine Birdie Pool: We had a total of 4 birdies and 1 eagle on the back nine with THREE of them surviving: hole 13 (Ed Finn eagle), hole 14 (Larry Barry) and hole 16 (Paul Sully). The only thing that was covered were the birdies on hole 13 (Sully, Mathieson, and Barry).
