We had another nice turn out for week 5 with a total of 43 players. Of the 43 players 13 of them scored on the plus side of their quota. Please continue to check your quota as they will be updated week to week. 

Individual Play - Ned Babyak and Steve Danieli both had a day for themselves and posted the highest above quota this year at +7 (one better than last week). Ned Babyak took first with a bogey on the 7th to win the card off against Steve Danieli. Dont feel to bad for Steve he got more help coming in the team play.

 

Team Play - Steve Danieli(+7) and his partner Eric Aronson(+3) got the better Ned Babyak (+7)/ Scott Corwin (E) to take.

Closest to the Pin: Hole 6 was playing harder than hole 5 last week. Mike Silva with 18’6” stole the CTP but the streak of not making the putt is now at 2 weeks in a row. 

Front nine birdie pool: We had 8 birdies on the front nine and four survived:  Pete Fracsa (3), Dan Svirdky (4), Dan Raymo(5) and Ned Babyak (8) all survived. Danieli, M.Silva, Babyak, and Dow covered each other on hole 2. 

Back nine birdie pool: I think for the first time all year we had less birdies for the back side than we did on the front side. Dan Svirsky(12) and Steve Danieli (14) had the only two surviving birdies on the back nine. To nobody’s surprise hole 13 was covered (Sully,Raymo and Barry)  but everyone is  surprised that hole 17 was covered by Leonard and Finn
