First, let me say sorry for not realizing I did switch teams from last weekend.  Another nice day for golf 8 weeks in a row.. If this weather pattern holds up we will be skipping the 4th of July week.

Reminder: Quota WILL be changing  from week to week so please make sure to check each week at the starter’s table.

We had 20  players in the positive for their quotas; individual scores ranged from +7 to -6  as team scores ranged from +11 to -4.  Let's take a look back at last week's winners, Paul Cahill who won individual at +7 last week and finished on the plus side at 4 for this week. He was one shot out of the money for an individual. As for last week's winning team of Paul Cahill and Mike Burke, they went from +11  to +8  not good enough for first but still a solid score.

Individual Play -  “Steady” Eddie Finn had a nice round on Tuesday by posting a +7 to take first. Richie White, Steve Lozzi and Mark Daniels all came in at +5 for second place but just like the last few card-off someone par 1 to end it quickly. This time it was Mr White who ended the card off quickly.

Team Play - Ed Finn and Paul McDermott were +11 to take down the last week champs. Last week champs Paul Cahill and Mike Burked came in second with a solid +8 for the week. On a side note something good might have come out of my mistake. I like how the team winner had a chance to defend their crown.

Closest to the Pin:  Well, I didn't need to change much in this part of the write up as Steve Dow went back to back weeks of winning CTP. He made a beautiful shoot on eight but the unwanted streak of missing the putt is now  at four weeks.

Front nine birdie pool: We had a total of 8 birdies and 2 of them survived: Murphy (4) and Steve Dow (5).  Hole 6 (Finn & McCoy), hole 8 (Leonard & Daniels) and Hole 9 (Lozzi & Cahill) were all covered.

Back nine birdie pool: We had a total of 10 birdies on the back nine pool and all but one survived: hole 14 (Phil Ritchie), hole 15 (Lou Silva), hole 16 (George Kelley) and hole 17 & 18 (Joe Lograsso). Hole 13 (Danieli, Ritchie, Lograsso, Finn and Mk Nolan) all the other five birdies on the back side.

That is SEVEN beautiful weeks in a row. If this weather pattern holds up we will be skipping the 4th of July week.

Wow! We had 23  players in the positive for their quotas; individual scores ranged from +7 to -5  as team scores ranged from +11 to -4.  Let's take a look back at last week's winners, Rich Walsh who won individual at +9 last week and finished on the plus side at +1 for this week. As for last week's winning team of Rich Walsh and Mark Nolan, they went from +13  to +4 not as good as last week but still decent.

Individual Play -  Paul Cahill had a nice round on Tuesday by posting a +7 to take first. He finished ahead of  Mike Learnod and Ed Finn by two points. Mike Learnod and Ed Finn finished tied for second at +5 but Mike was able to win the card off on hole 7 by bogeying it.

Team Play - Paul Cahill and Mike Burke lapped the field by posting a +11.  Coming in second was Mike Leornad and Larry Barry at plus 7.

Closest to the Pin: Steve Dow made a beautiful shoot on eight but fell to the pressure of trying to end the unwanted streak.  The unwanted streak of missing the putt is at three weeks.

Front nine birdie pool: We had a total of 9 birdies and 4 of them survived: Ed Finn (2), Dan Svirsky (4), Mark Nolan (8) and Mike Leonard (9).  Hole 3 (Sully, Babyak, and G.Willard) and hole 6 (Mathieson & Cahill) were both covered.

Back nine birdie pool: We had a total of 8 birdies on the back nine pool and only one survived. Mark Nolan was the only one to birdie hole 10 and collected all the money for the back nine birdie pool. Hole 12 (Walsh, M.Silva &Mk Nolan), hole 16 (Finn & Leonard) and hole 18 (White and Finn) were all covered

That is six weeks in a row with beautiful weather. Sorry for the delay. I was away with college friends for our annual golf trip. If people have not played Bridgton Highland or Point Sebago and you have the chance to say yes. Both courses were absolutely beautiful.

Reminder: Quota WILL be changing  from week to week so please make sure to check each week at the starter’s table.

We had 14  players in the positive for their quotas; individual scores ranged from +9 to -3  as team scores ranged from +13 to -5.  Let's take a look back at last week's winners, Mark Nolan who won individual at +7 last week kept his good playing going by coming in at +4. As for last week's winning team of Mark Nolan and Brian Murphy, they went from +9 to +6 not too bad!!!

Individual Play -  Rich Walsh was plus 1 until the ninth hole, that is when he eagled hole nine and jumped to plus 9. Adam Schlosser, Mike Leonard, Markk Nolan, and VijayPopat all finished at plus 4 but Adam Schlosser birdied hole one to end the card off before it started

Team Play - Rich Walsh and Mark Nolan crushed the field at +13. Coming in second was Adam Schlosser and Paul Sully at plus 4 they were tied with two other teams but ended the card off quickie with a combine score of 8 on the first hole (Burke/Bradley & M.Nolan/Popat)

Closest to the Pin: Mike “The Money Man” MeNeice has returned to the winner circle by sticking his shot to 10’1” on hole 7. The unwanted streak of missing the putt is at two weeks.

Front nine birdie pool: We had a total of 5 birdies and 1 eagle. Adam Schlosser (1) and Rich Walsh (eagle on 9) both lived.  Hole 5 (Silva & Schlosser) and hole 8 (G. Willard & M. Nolan) were both covered.

Back nine birdie pool: Back nine birdie pool returns with only four birdies and half of them surviving: hole 11 (Joe Lograsso) and hole 13 (Wanye Musgrove). Hole 14 (Ellis & Musgrove) was covered
